I can’t tell you how glad I am to see that Madhur Jaffrey finally has a website. I’ve been waiting for this for years. I’m also looking forward to the new book, which is not out in store here in Canada till next month.

I am a fan of yours both in the kitchen and on TV.
Please assist me with a menu for lamb cocktail samosas. I come from East Africa and the Indians over there used to make wonderful samosas for parties, etc. Here in London, I have failed to find the same quality of samosas because of the vast city. Brick Lane does have some, but not 100% matching the taste and crispiness.
